Limitless Ladies Network - Helping Women Build Holistic Self-Care and Well-being.
We are LIMITLESS in sharing Lessons to Advocate and Drive Insightful Empathetic Self-Care. Our Mission is to empower the ladies of our community! The Limitless Ladies Network was launched in 2024 to pursue her passion for educating and serving women on how to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. After three years of suffering from debilitating Lyme Disease and Spondyloarthritis that landed her in a wheelchair, Tammy educated herself through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates, The Institute for Functional Medicine, and the Girls Gone Strong certifications. While acquiring vast knowledge from courses and literature, she implemented holistic lifestyle changes to successfully regain her strength, mobility, and well-being. During her physical healing process, past traumas resurfaced that continued to impact her health. By putting in the work, incorporated wellness practices, deep self-discovery, and holistic experiences, Tammy improved both her physical and mental health. Her struggles empowered her to learn all she could to serve women suffering from similar afflictions. The Limitless Ladies Network LLC’s mission is to help women build holistic self-care, well-being and advocacy.

Join us on this cosmic journey to unlock your full potential and embrace your true self!01:45 Introduction to Astrology and Astrological Misconceptions- **Astrology Basics**: The discussion begins with an overview of astrology basics, clarifying common misconceptions. Mystic Kat explains that the sun sign is only part of a broader astrological chart, which includes every planet and their relation to each other.- **Misinterpretations of Horoscopes**: Mystic Kat explains why generic horoscopes often don't resonate: they are based on rising sign astrology, making them too general for precise insights. 02:54 Understanding the Components of an Astrological Chart- **Elements of a Chart**: The chart comprises different elements such as houses, signs, and planets. Each house relates to a different aspect of life, each sign represents traits, and planets influence these traits.- **Planets and Their Movement**: The discussion elaborates on how planets are positioned in a chart at the time of birth and suggests that these don't move even though planets themselves orbit continuously.10:59 Significance of Astrology in Life Transitions- **Planetary Influences and Aspects**: Aspects describe how planets relate within a chart and their subsequent effects on various life domains. Current planetary transits further influence personal astrological charts.- **Understanding Milestones**: Each planet has a predictable orbit affecting life milestones. Saturn returns, occurring approximately every 30 years, represent opportunities for restructuring and are tied to major life changes.- **Chiron and Other Returns**: Chiron's return involves addressing unresolved issues to promote healing, usually taking place around age 52.
